Article 1 General Provisions
These Bonus Terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by Kcwin and shall be read together with the site’s General Terms and Conditions. Bonuses are issued as a separate entitlement and are limited to the relevant account only. These terms may be amended without prior notice, and any amendments shall take effect based on UTC.

One account per person: If there is reason to believe that multiple accounts belong to the same individual, bonus eligibility may be restricted or cancelled.

Compliance obligation: Any conduct deemed abusive or fraudulent, including illegal activity, use of bots, or maintaining multiple accounts, shall disqualify the player from receiving bonuses, and any bonuses and winnings already credited may be reclaimed.

Article 2 Eligibility and Account Restrictions
Bonus eligibility is limited to accounts that have completed Kcwin’s KYC verification and active email and mobile phone verification. Players must be at least 18 years old, and residents of certain countries may be restricted from using bonuses. If duplicate registration or the use of multiple accounts is identified, bonus claims may be denied or cancelled.
Article 3 Bonus Types and Activation Flow

Welcome package: Match bonuses and free spins are provided for the first five deposits. The minimum deposit amount, maximum bonus amount, number of free spins, and applicable period for each bonus are as illustrated below. All amounts apply in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NOK, NZD and other currencies, and conversion shall be made in accordance with the site’s current standards.

The activation period is 1 day from the date the bonus is received, and the activation period for free spins is divided into 3 days or 7 days, with specific conditions depending on the relevant promotion notice.

Tuesday Free Spins: Provided under codes such as FS50, FS80, FS150, etc., and the minimum deposit for each code varies by currency. The activation period is 7 days.

Weekend Reload: A 50% bonus is granted up to the maximum limit for one deposit made during the weekend. A code is required to activate it, and the minimum deposit for each code is specified.

Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated based on slot betting and is credited every Monday between 01:00–02:00 UTC. The minimum payout amount is 10 EUR, and the wagering requirement applies at 5x in line with the bonus rules (or otherwise as specified where applicable).

VIP Cashback: Offered subject to manager approval according to VIP tier and applies when weekly losses exceed a specified amount. The requirement is stated as a 5x wagering requirement.

Birthday bonus: Once per year on the player’s birthday, a bonus combining a 100% match and 30 free spins is provided and can be claimed with a birthday code. The activation and usage period follow the birthday promotion notice.
Article 4 Wagering Requirements and Contribution
All winnings derived from bonus amounts and free spins are withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met. The standard wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount or the winnings from free spins. Game contribution is generally applied at 100% for slots, but certain games may be partially excluded or not count at all. For example, table games and other games may contribute only 5% toward bonus wagering.
Article 5 Withdrawal Limits and Processing of Winnings
Withdrawals of winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the fulfilment of all bonus-related requirements. The maximum withdrawal limit for winnings obtained from free spins varies depending on the cap set for each promotion and may, for example, be 100 EUR/100 USD/150 AUD/140 CAD/160 NZD, 1000 NOK, or a corresponding limit for other crypto asset methods. In the case of cash bonuses, withdrawable winnings shall not exceed 10 times the bonus amount. Certain promotions may provide exceptions. The distinction between bonus funds and deposit funds, as well as the related verification procedures, shall be handled in good faith.
Article 6 Validity Period and Expiry of Bonuses
As a general rule, all wagering requirements must be completed within 14 days from the date the bonus is received, and free spins must be used within 3 days. If the requirements are not met, the bonus amount and any related winnings shall expire automatically. For some promotions, the activation period and expiry conditions may differ, in which case the terms of the relevant promotion shall prevail.
Article 7 Data Verification and Dispute Resolution
Kcwin may request additional documents in order to review the eligibility of bonus claims and winnings. All data processing and storage are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and any disputes shall be resolved based on transaction records and these terms.
